Mary is an experienced healthcare professional with over 18 years of continuous experience working in busy GP surgeries. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles including Reception/Front of House, managing patient enquiries, processing prescription requests, Health Coaching, and Care Coordination.
She is passionate about helping people improve their lives — supporting them to make healthier, happier choices and fostering an environment that promotes independence. Mary cares deeply about patients, their families, and carers, and believes it’s essential to take the time to ensure everyone feels listened to and valued.
Confident, caring, and non-judgemental, she brings warmth and a good sense of humour to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three wonderful grown-up children, walking her dogs in the countryside, and travelling to new places.
