Obaid grew up in Sri Lanka and completed his medical degree in Karachi, Pakistan, before undertaking his GP training in Bristol, where he gained his MRCGP qualification.
Alongside Witcombe Health he also works as an NHS GP and Clinical Lead for Diabetes, with a particular interest in medical education and student mentorship. He takes a holistic approach to patient care, recognising the importance of preventative medicine in supporting long-term health and wellbeing.
Dr Sangani also recognises the value of private GP services in complementing NHS care and providing patients with additional options for accessing medical support.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys gardening and spending quality time with his three children.
